Q: How long does it take to have my project up and running?
A: This obviously depends on the installation and its requirements, but our usual turn-around time is 4-6 weeks. Many applications can be created in a matter of days; the bulk of the time is testing and making sure that you are completely satisfied with the end result.

Q: What hardware is used?
A: Apliman Technologies provide some of the best hardware products available to the market. We provide hardware from two main
different sources:

Dialogic (lately Intel) for IVRs.
Music Telecom. For voice logger. Do we still use voice loggers
 
Q: How many channels can we have on a single platform?
A: Each platform can support up to 240 ports.
 
Q: How many channels per system can we have?
A: Even though every 400 ports (located anywhere on the network) can operate as a single system, Apliman technologies provided solutions expand to more than 5000 channels.
 
Q: How are the networking capabilities?
A: All Apliman products are network based. Based on our proprietary "Packet Processing Engine", all products can be fully administered and controlled from anywhere over the network.

Q: How can we put added functionality?
A: Apliman IVR was designed with the customer in mind. We believe that a successful IVR is extremely flexible. In this quest, Apliman technologies provide full control to the user to write his own 'C' code and include it as part of the IVR.

Q: How can I design my own IVR application?
A: Apliman Technologies provide you with all the tools for the design and implementation of any application using the Apli-phone (telephone line simulator). There is no need for Dialogic Hardware for the development. This enables the user to fully develop the application on any computer and then move it to the IVR system.

Q: How flexible is our voice Mail system?
A: Our Voice Mail solution is based on our IVR solution. This provides us with a complete flexibility of having any variation on the standard Voice Mail solution.

A: Since our Voice Mail solution is based on our IVR technology, similar functionality, and similar number of channels can be available:

120 per PC.

Automated Dialer Related Questions
Q: How many calls per day can we handle?
A: The automated dialer can provide on the average 1 call per channel per minute which includes an average message length of 30 seconds for a 60 ports system, and assuming we make automated dial for 10 hours per day, the system can make 18000 calls. This number can go up to 200,000 calls per day if we increase the number of channels.
 
Q: Where do we get the database for the phone numbers?
A: Even though Apliman Technologies does not give a list of numbers to dial, but numbers can be easily found in many places. One of the best locations to find list of numbers is the yellow pages. Other locations can include the "Order of Engineers", "Order of Doctors"....
 
Q: Is the automated dialer customizable?
A: The automated dialer can be used as a plug and play system. In some cases a customer needs custom menu driven control. The Automated Dialer is based on the IVR technology, thus giving the system the ability to be custom designed using the GUI based interface.
